A small oasis in the heart of the city – this formerly cramped 3-room apartment was transformed into a light-filled, loft-style apartment where the interior and exterior spaces blend together almost seamlessly.

Seamless exposed concrete flooring, Mallorcan limestone, and whitewashed oak were used as the dominant materials. The floor-to-ceiling windows with folding shutters create a very special interplay of light and shadow.
